Same engine. It's simply an option for the A4, like transmission. Yep, just like the A7 and A6, it will be a massively detuned version. Sad but true, that they can get an A4 S-line (for sport suspension) and chip it and have basically an S4 without ADS or Sport Diff for much cheaper.
2. A6 3.0t feels sluggish compared to the S4, but overall not bad. Handling of course is much different, particularly if your S4 had the sports diff. I imagine the performance difference between the S6 and the S4 would be substantial and in the favor of the S6. 3. Tech in the C7 is significantly improved over the B8.
There was the option of air suspension (available on the s line as well as the SE) circa £2000 and a wait for the car to be made. The car I chose in the showroom had all of the options I would have gone for had I have ordered it anyway. Eibach is definitely rougher than stock, but not bad. Theres some more vibrations and bumps, but the car is not unbearable by any means. As far as drop is concerned, I went from roughly 4 to 5 fingers of gap all around to a tight 2. Not absurd drop by any means, but its a definitely lower. 2013 Audi A6 3.0T Prestige.
